Feature
A non-vibrating grading screening equipment with low-speed rotation and inclined arrangement. It is especially good at handling moist, sticky and easily clogging materials, and is widely used in mining, building materials, environmental protection and other industries.
Working Principle
The motor drives the inclined drum to rotate at low speed (usually 10–30 r/min) through a reducer.

Materials enter from the high-end feed inlet and keep turning and rolling under the dual action of gravity and drum rotation.

Fine materials smaller than the screen hole pass through the screen and fall into the lower receiving hopper; coarse materials larger than the screen hole move along the cylinder wall to the tail and are discharged.

Rolling materials can automatically pop out blocked particles, and the anti-clogging effect is better with a screen cleaning device.
