The environmentally friendly closed screen is a screening device integrating a fully enclosed structure and a high-efficiency dust removal system. It is mainly used to control dust emission and reduce noise, while realizing material classification and impurity separation. It is widely applicable to the dual requirements of environmental protection and screening efficiency in mining, chemical, food, pharmaceutical and other industries.

Working Principle

After materials enter the closed screen body, the vibration source drives the screen surface to vibrate for classification. The positive pressure airflow generated by friction and temperature rise inside the screen is introduced into the dust collector through the negative pressure system. Dust is filtered and recovered, and clean air is discharged. There is no dust overflow in the whole process, and noise is absorbed by the shell.
