Feature
Adopts elliptical vibration trajectory and variable-inclination equal-thickness screening technology. The screen surface is steep at the feed end and gentle at the discharge end, keeping material thickness uniform throughout the process. It provides high penetration, fast conveying and non-clogging performance, with capacity and efficiency significantly higher than ordinary linear screens. Equipped with a multi-shaft excitation and synchronous drive structure, the equipment runs stably and reliably, features impact resistance and wear resistance, and can perform grading, dewatering, desliming, medium removal and other functions.

Working Principle
Elliptical motion: The dual/tri-shaft eccentric blocks of the exciter rotate synchronously, generating a combined inertia force to drive the screen box in an elliptical path. The long axis enables fast material conveying, while the short axis realizes material loosening, stratification and penetration.
Equal-thickness screening: The screen surface inclination decreases step by step from the feed end to the discharge end (e.g., feed 18°-25°, middle 10°–15°, discharge 5°-8°), eliminating the "thick front, thin back" issue of conventional screens and ensuring stable efficiency throughout.
Fine materials pass through the screen into the hopper; coarse materials are conveyed to the end for discharge. Multi-stage grading (2-4decks) is available.
