Feature
A high-efficiency screening equipment specially designed for the coking industry. It has four core features: high strength and wear resistance, high-efficiency anti-blocking screening, low energy consumption and low noise, sturdy structure and easy maintenance. It can accurately realize multi-stage classification of coke, suitable for harsh working conditions and high throughput requirements of coking plants.

Working Principle
The directional vibration generated by the exciter drives the screen box and screen mesh to move, making the coke roll and bounce on the screen surface to achieve particle size classification.

Screening Performance Advantages
1. High screening efficiency: up to more than 90% (far exceeding 70%–80% of traditional equipment), with large processing capacity to meet continuous production needs of coking plants.
2. Accurate multi-stage classification: multi-layer screen design (usually 3-5layers), realizing multi-stage separation of coke at 40mm, 25-40mm, 10-25mm, below 10mm and coke powder, suitable for blast furnace, foundry and other uses.
3. Anti-blocking technology: special screen surface design (such as slotted screen plate, polyurethane elastic screen surface) with reasonable inclination angle, effectively solving wet sticky coke powder blocking.
4. High wear-resistant screen surface: screen plate made of wear-resistant alloy, polyurethane or spring steel, service life up to 18-24 months, reducing operation and maintenance costs.
5. Low energy consumption design: single machine power consumption 12%-15% lower than industry average, energy-saving and environmental protection.
