Feature
Pellet vibrating screen is a core screening equipment in the pellet production process for metallurgy and mining industries. It is specially used for classification, impurity removal, desliming and finished product screening of pellets, which can effectively separate pellet materials of different particle sizes and improve pellet quality and subsequent smelting efficiency.
Working Principle
The motor drives the eccentric block/ eccentric shaft to rotate,generating centrifugal force to form exciting force.

The exciting force is transmitted to the screen body, making the screen surface vibrate in a specific trajectory (circular, elliptical or linear).

Materials are loosened and layered on the screen surface; small particles pass through the screen holes as under-screen products, while large particles move along the screen surface and are discharged.

The screening effect can be optimized by adjusting vibration frequency, amplitude and screen surface inclination.

Application Scenarios
Mainly used in coal, power, mineral processing and other industries,suitable for screening pellet materials of different particle sizes.
