It is a special wear-resistant wearing part for under-slot screening of blast furnaces, sinter product classification and return fines screening.
Working Principle and Characteristics
High-temperature sinter ore (300～800℃) falls from the hopper onto the screen plate, moves forward, loosens and stratifies under vibration. Fine particles (return fines, crushed ore) pass downward through the screen gaps for screening; qualified large sinter ore remains on the screen plate and is directionally conveyed forward to the next process.
