Feature
A high-performance wear-resistant screening component manufactured with professional hardfacing technology. It is mainly used as a core part for various screening equipment, including vibrating screens, rotary drum screens, elliptical equal-thickness screens, heat-resistant vibrating screens, etc.

Working Principle
It adopts a bimetal composite structure of base material + wear-resistant hardfacing layer.
1. The base material is made of high-toughness steel plates such as Q235B and Q345B, ensuring overall impact resistance and plasticity for easy welding, cutting, drilling and installation.
2. The working surface is overlaid with a high-hardness, high-wear-resistance high-alloy layer via open-arc self-shielded automatic hardfacing, automatic submerged arc hardfacing or similar processes.
3. Hardfacing layer thickness can be flexibly adjusted from 3–12 mm according to working conditions.
4. The core composition contains alloy elements such as chromium and molybdenum, with hardness up to HRC60-67, and wear resistance far exceeding that of ordinary screen plates.
