Screen Box:The main structural body that supports the screen mesh and the material being processed; it is typically fabricated from welded steel plates and houses the internal screen frame.

 

Screen Mesh:The component that determines the precision of the screening process; it is commonly made of stainless steel, polyurethane, or rubber. The screen mesh is secured within the screen box via a tensioning mechanism and requires periodic inspection for signs of wear.

 

Support System: Includes springs, rubber shock absorbers, or air springs, which serve to minimize the transmission of vibrations to the foundation while simultaneously maintaining the stability of the screen body.

 

Inlet/Outlet Ports and Dust Cover: The inlet port is typically designed in a funnel shape to ensure uniform distribution of material, while the dust cover helps to minimize the escape of airborne dust during the screening operation.
