Upon arrival at the site, the equipment must not be placed directly on the ground; instead, it should be positioned securely and levelly upon wooden sleepers, maintaining a clearance of no less than 250 mm from the ground. If the equipment is to be stored outdoors, it must be covered with a tarpaulin to protect it against wind and rain erosion.

By utilizing high-frequency vibration, the device achieves a dual effect: on one hand, it disrupts the surface tension of the mineral slurry; on the other, it induces rapid oscillation of fine particles across the screen surface. This process accelerates the stratification and segregation of high-density valuable minerals, thereby increasing the probability that particles smaller than the designated separation size will come into contact with-and pass through-the screen apertures.
