Bin wall vibrator is a special vibrating equipment specially designed to solve the problems of material arching and blockage in bins and hoppers. It consists of a driving motor, eccentric blocks, vibrating housing, mounting base and sealing device, featuring a compact structure and small size. It can be directly fixed on the wall of bins and hoppers, and is suitable for anti-blockage scenarios of various granular and powder materials.
Working Principle and Characteristics
After being powered on, the motor drives the eccentric blocks to rotate at a high speed, generating inertial centrifugal force and transmitting high-frequency micro-vibration to the bin wall. The vibration breaks the adhesive force between materials and the bin wall, as well as the cohesion force among material particles, thus eliminating arching and blockage and promoting smooth material flow. The vibration force can be flexibly adjusted by changing the angle of the eccentric blocks, with stable operation, efficient vibration transmission and no additional transmission loss.
